Weather Policy

Sudden change in weather, no problem. You can cancel or reschedule your event as late as 2hours before your event with no penalty. If canceling after the 2hr window we reserve the right to refund only half of your total payment.

Our Service Area

Our primary service area for all events is a 20-mile radius of zip code 22191. (Woodbridge, VA) Not in our immediate service area,, no problem. We add on a small surcharge to our customers outside of our primary service area.

Waiver for Service

We will send you a copy of our Waiver once your package has been confirmed. We must have that waiver completed and submitted prior to the event date.
